2 cups of Warm Milk
2 Tablespoons of Yeast
¼ Cup of Sugar
2 Teaspoons of Salt
6 Tablespoons of Melted Butter
2 Large Eggs, slightly beaten
6 Cups of Flour
1 Tablespoon of Butter (to rub on top of rolls when finished baking)
Step 1:
In a small bowl mix together milk, sugar and yeast, set aside 5 minutes
Step 2:
In a larger bowl add flour and salt
Step 3:
Add in the rest of the ingredients including the now bubbly milk mixture
Step 3:
Mix with a wooden spoon, transfer to counter until all ingredients are fully incorporated
Step 4:
Transfer to a lightly greased bowl, cover, let rise for 90 minutes
Step 5:
Punch down and form 24 rolls
Step 6:
Place on lightly greased baking sheet, cover and let sit for 1 hour
Step 7:
Preheat oven at 375°
Step 8:
Bake for 12-14 minutes
Step 9:
Remove and rub the tops with butter
